I’ve compiled a list of ways to do pre-recorded I’ve compiled a list of ways to do pre-recorded videos and voice overs for ways to connect with your students.
This is by no means meant to be overwhelming, only a helping hand. If you are looking for ways to ✅ send voice recordings over powerpoints
✅ talk through worksheets or ✅ send videos in a safe way, keep an eye on my page later today. 💫

I’ll be popping up a tutorial for ways to do all of the things mentioned above.
If there’s anything in particular you’d like to know, comment below and I’ll be sure to go over it later 👍

Challenges for a classroom community 💫 Aside f Challenges for a classroom community 💫

Aside from setting a menu of work for children to choose from, I like setting them a challenge to complete too. This particular one is children’s books through emojis and they have to guess the name. 🌈

I’ll be sharing this challenge with my class next week 💫

They’ve also loved the digital literacy challenges from @littlemissteacherblog which I’ll continue to use too- big fan 😍

Class Meeting Template 🌸 I’ve made an editab Class Meeting Template 🌸

I’ve made an editable template for hosting class meetings with your class over zoom or google hangouts.

This week I’ll be sending the schedule to the children before hand so that they can be ready for our catch up. I’ve added in a quick ‘guess the...’ game too just to make it a bit more fun! 🌈 (swipe to see some examples of the game). If you’d like a copy of this editable schedule and game, comment below and I’ll email it on to you 🌸

Signed you class up to a program online before Eas Signed you class up to a program online before Easter and the subscription has now run out? ❌

Been linking to a site that was made free thats now asking parents to pay for access? ❌

What do you do? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Before Easter, I had signed my class up to @mangahigh. It was a great way for me to assign them maths tasks and also see which questions they got right/wrong!
Yesterday when I logged in to assign them new tasks, my free trial was up. So I decided to email the company. 💫

I stated how useful the site had been to my students and asked if there was any way to extend my free trial. They responded and have extended my trial until JUNE! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It may not work with every site, but it’s definitely worth a try. Especially if you have been finding a website/program that’s been really useful. 🌸

Cannot wait to read this issue cover to cover! 🌸

The lovely @goodmorningmsfoster has put together an issue of her magazine called the ‘Quaranteam Quaranzine’. It will be for sale on her TPT account and ALL proceeds will be going to the NSPCC! Such a lovely, generous gesture!
I’ve written an article in this issue about ‘time and passions’ and I cannot wait to read the other articles too.

Well done Jen! A fantastic idea with a difference 💫
