Disclosure Policy

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me.  I share what I find because I truly love sharing ideas or shedding light on some “grey” areas in the education world.

However, at the same time, I do believe it is okay that I get compensated for the work and time I put into sharing specific sponsored posts with you. If you see an ad on my site, by means of Google Ad or a sponsored post, I do receive compensation for these.

One thing that is important to note is that the money I am paid will never influence the content, topics or posts I make. I will only share content with you that is:

  • valuable
  • relevant
  • genuine

If you see the words “sponsored post” written in my blog, I have been paid to share my opinion on that product or service. I do not publish someone else’s opinion for money- that’s not how I work. If a company is looking for more exposure and are interested in a sponsored post, I will research their product/service heavily (use it if applicable) and then base my post around MY opinion of it. All opinions are 100% my own — and that you can be sure of!

If you see the words “affiliate links” it means that I get a % of the amount you spend at no extra cost to you!

Often times, I am provided with a product for review and for my time and sharing my opinions, I am allowed to keep the product for my personal use. This will be properly disclosed in the post by means of the word ‘gifted’.

Amazon Affiliate Disclosure Notice:  It is important to also note that rebeccatheirishteacher.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.co.uk and affiliated sites. It is also important to remember that I share products that I have personally purchased for my own use and can genuinely back/stand behind them.

I take great pride in ensuring that the content on this site is from a company I could recommend.  If I don’t believe in the company or what it is has to offer, I won’t share it. This site is based around the idea that I’m sharing content to help/enrich the work life of a teacher. If a product/service does not do those things, I will certainly not be sharing them on my site, Instagram or Facebook accounts.
